Q: What types of treats do you offer?
A: At Pawsitive Treats, we offer a wide variety of natural dog treats, including treats made from venison, rabbit, chicken, beef and more. All our treats are sourced from UK and EU certified farms to ensure the highest quality and ethical standards.
Q: Are your treats suitable for dogs with allergies or dietary restrictions?
A: We offer a range of treats to accommodate various dietary needs, such as grain-free and hypoallergenic options. However, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list for each treat and consulting with your veterinarian if your dog has specific allergies or dietary restrictions.
Q: Will you have new treats added?
A: Of course! We try and expand our range of products as often as we can
Delivery and Shipping
Q: How long does delivery take, and what are the shipping rates?
A: We try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. We use Royal Mail 48 tracked. Spend over £25 for FREE P&P. Orders less than £25 will cost £3.99 for P&P.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately no, we only ship within the UK.

A. In an effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we employ minimal packaging by consolidating treats, striking a balance between eco-consciousness and preserving product excellence.

Q. What benefits do I get from subscribing?
A. When you subscribe to a Pawsitive Treat Box, you become part of our family! We like to thank our customers for being loyal to us. So not only will you save 10% every month, every few months we will surprise you with extra premium treats FREE of charge as a Thank You from us. After a year of being a loyal customer, we even give you a box for FREE!
Q. How can I Cancel/Make changes to my subscription?
A. When you subscribe to a Pawsitive Treats Box, you will have your very own account page. You can easily reschedule, skip, edit, cancel your subscription all on this page.
Q. Is there a contract for your subscription or a cancellation fee?
A. Of course not. We have no contracts, and you can cancel at anytime at no additional costs. All done within your own account page.
Returns/Refunds
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you wish to return or exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. All items must be unused in its original condition. Please email support@pawsitivetreats.co.uk to arrange a return. Any boxes returned to us without contacting us first, will not be accepted.
Q. My product has arrived damaged, what should I do?
A. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your damaged product. To speed up the process, please also include an image of your damaged product. Please email support@pawsitivetreats.co.uk
